Welcome to my blog! I am so glad you took the time to visit and learn a bit more about me.
I'll start with my family. I am the wife of 16 years to Mark, my best friend. Together we have been blessed with one amazing family! We have 3 wonderful children, all of whom I homeschool. Delena is 11, Caleb is 8 and Taya is 6. We are active in our local homeschool group where I serve as the treasure and co-chair. I am passionate about my favorite curriculum, Tapestry of Grace! We are also active in our local sports oriented homeschool group, The Tampa Bay HEAT. Our family as two dogs, a five year old Scottish Terrier named McKenzie and a one year old Australian Shepherd named Pepper.
In the last few years, our family has taken up a hobby that just about consumes all our free time - camping. We purchased an RV and travel frequently in it. The camping has led to other hobbies such as biking, fishing and kayaking. Under Armour and Columbia are the usual stops at the Outlet Mall now.
We also love Disney, in particular Ft. Wilderness. Its a weird obsession - I'll leave it at that.
As for me, I have a passion for inductive Bible study. I want to see women inspired to pursue dedicated, careful and accurate study of God's word. There is nothing like it! I am a trained Inductive Bible Study leader by Precept Ministries. I lead Precept classes at my church along with my friend, Betsy. We tag team teach since both of us homeschool and have young children. It is a really great partnership!
